As a member of HeartofAsiaOnline, your comments, suggestions and ideas are very important to us. Please take some time to
answer the questions below. Your answers will help us do a better job. And by doing a better job we hope to bring you closer to the life partner you seek.

On November 16 we will collect all completed surveys, then randomly select one man and one woman and award each a Six Month Silver Membership. To be eligible to win you must be a member of HeartofAsiaOnline, have submitted the survey by midnight November 15,  and answered the questions in a substantive mannor.

There are a bunch of questions here. If it turns out you want to do so research, then come back later that is ok. If you have already answered some questions, just click on submit (at the bottom of the page) and we will get the answers that are already done. Then when you come back just
fill in your name, email and screenname, then continue where you left off. We will combine the different sections ourselfs later.

1. Lets start with the big question. How do you feel about HeartofAsiaOnline? Are you getting what you want? Are you happy? sad?  What is your general feeling? Do you want to use the service more? Would you recommend it to your friends and family?

2. Is anything broken? What needs to be fixed? What are we doing wrong? What would you like to see done differently?

3. Is anything working really well for you? What feature do you like the best, which should stay just the way it is?

4. Are you now or have you ever been a Silver member? Do you plan to upgrade in the future? If yes, why?  If no, then why not?  What can we do differently to convince you to upgrade as a Silver or Gold premium member?

4. How frequently do you log into your account?   How many times per week/  or per month? Did you log in on a regular basis or only when you get a notice saying someone had sent you a email or "Say Hi"?

7. What kind of person were you looking for? What kind of person did you meet? How many people have you met?  How many are you continuing to correspond with? Are you communicating with any outside of the service?

8. Did you meet any scammers? What happened? Did you report the scammer to Heartofasiaonline?  What happened then? If you did not report the scammer? Why not? Is there something we should do to make it easier for you to avoid scammers?

9. Do you find the website to be slow, normal or fast?

10. Navigation?  Is the website difficult or easy to navigate? If you have had problems finding what you were looking for, please advise what happened?

11. Have you tried using any of our competitors? Such as eharmony, yahoo personals, match.com, cherry blossoms, asianeuro, or others? If yes,  which other websites did you try? Are you still a member there too?  What did they do right, that you want HeartofAsiaOnline to do to? What did they do wrong, that HeartofAsiaOnline should NOT do?

12. HeartofAsiaOnline motto is "Cleaner, and Safer" than other dating services on the internet. Do you feel this is true? Do you feel HeartofAsiaOnline is cleaner and safer than other dating services?  Why or Why not? Is having a "cleaner and safer" dating service important or not important to you? Why or Why not?

13. Each member has a profile page which displays his photos, and describes who he is and who he is looking for. Are there enough details about the people you want to meet? Is there more you would also like to see?

14. Heartofasiaonline is developing a Video Gallery, where members will be able to record video clips to introduce themselves. Is this something you would use?  Would you watch the other members video clips?  Would you record your own message too?

15. Did you receive any Say Hi's ? What did you do when you got one.? What happened then? did you or your target follow up?  How? Did you send any Say Hi's ? What happened then? did you or your target follow up? How? What is your opinion of the Say Hi system? What changes/improvements would you like to see for Say Hi's?

18. Currently the Chat feature is text only. HeartofAsiaOnline plans to also make voice and video available soon. Do you have a microphone and/or webcam attached to your computer?  If  you have a microphone and or webcam would you use them to chat at HeartofAsiaOnline?

19. Many HeartofAsiaOnline members use Yahoo IM. Do you sometimes use Yahoo IM? How do you use it? How often? What features of Yahoo IM do you use? Do you prefer to use it than the chat window at HeartofAsiaOnline? Why?

20. SEARCH is available from the left side of your member home page, and also from a dedicated search page that opens when you click Search at the navigation bar at the top of each page. Did you use the Search function? What is your opinion of the Search function? Which settings did you most often use? Which search did you use most often: from "your member home page" or from the dedicated search page. If you used one more than the other, please explain why? What changes/improvements would you like to see for Search?

21. Browse is available from a dedicated browse page that opens when you click BROWSE at the navigation bar at the top of each page. Did you use the Browse function? If you use it, what do you normally browse to see? What is your opinion of the Browse function? What changes/improvements would you like to see for Browse?

22. "Who's New", shows the thumbnail photos of new members, and opens when you click on "Who's New" from your member home page. Do you use the "Who's New" function? If you use it, what are you looking for? What is your opinion of the "Who's New" function? What changes/improvements would you like to see for "Who's New"?

23. "Who's Online", shows the thumbnail photos of members who are logged in, and opens when you click on "Who's Online" from your member home page. Do you use the "Who's Online" function? If you use it, what are you looking for? What is your opinion of the "Who's Online" function? What changes/improvements would you like to see for "Who's Online" ?

24. "My Favorites", shows the thumbnail photos of members you have saved, and opens when you click on "My Favorites" from your member home page. Do you use the "My Favorites" function? If you use it, what are you looking for? What is your opinion of the "My Favorites" function? What changes/improvements would you like to see for "My Favorites" ?

25. "My Matches", shows the thumbnail photos of members who match you, based on the details you chose at the "Who I want" registration page, and opens when you click on "My Matches" from your member home page. Do you use the "My Matches" function? If you use it, what are you looking for? What is your opinion of the "My Matches" function? What changes/improvements would you like to see for "My Matches" ?

26. "My Interest List", shows the thumbnail photos of members you have sent Say Hi's to, and opens when you click on "My Interest List" from your member home page. Do you use the "My Interest List" function? If you use it, what are you looking for? What is your opinion of the "My Interest List" function? What changes/improvements would you like to see for "My Interest List" ?

27. "Who's Interested", shows the thumbnail photos of members who have sent you "Say Hi's", and opens when you click on "Who's Interested" from your member home page. What changes/improvements would you like to see for "Who's Interested" ?

28. "Tell A Friend" is available from a dedicated page that opens when you click "Tell A Friend" at the navigation bar at the top of each page. Did you use the "Tell A Friend" function? What is your opinion of the "Tell A Friend" function? What changes/improvements would you like to see for "Tell A Friend"?

29. "Testimonials"  shows the photos and stories of successful couples, it is available from a dedicated page that opens when you click "Testimonials" at the navigation bar at the top of each page. Did you visit the "Testimonials" pages? What is your opinion of the "Testimonials" function? What changes/improvements would you like to see for "Testimonials"? When you find your lifepartner at HeartofAsiaOnline, do you plan to publish a Testimonials too.  Why, why not?
